The interior design process generally has five main stages: brief (needs and budget), space planning and concept, 3D visuals and material selection, costing and construction, then inspection and handover. Each stage is approved by the owner before moving on, to control budget and avoid rework.
The five stages
Breaking the work into stages lets owners see the outcome before real spending, especially the 3D stage that shows a near-real room before building starts. It reduces the risk of a finished job that misses the mark, which matters with Bangkok construction costs where changes later are expensive.

Do I always need 3D visuals?
