To photograph a condo listing so it looks spacious, shoot from a room corner with a moderately wide lens, open curtains and all lights for even brightness, and clear surfaces. With nothing blocking the eye and the city view visible, a compact condo feels airier than its actual size.
Balance indoor light with the window view
A common condo issue is a bright interior with a blown-out window view, or a visible view with a dark interior. Fix it by turning on room lights to balance the outside brightness and shooting when the sun is not too harsh.

Choose angles that show the most space
