Home staging generally has four stages: site survey and reading the buyer profile, styling plan and furniture selection, styling day, then the shoot and delivered files. For a condo it usually wraps up in one to three days with no renovation, aimed at getting the unit listing-ready as fast as possible.
The four staging steps
It starts with surveying the actual unit, measuring space, checking light and strong or weak points, and judging which buyers are most likely to be interested. Then the styling plan matches that group, for example a clean, premium tone for a condo near a CBD office cluster.

What owners should prepare
Before styling day, owners should clean, remove personal items, and check building rules on move-in hours. Many Bangkok condos have set service-lift hours and require advance booking. Being ready keeps the day smooth and the shoot on schedule.
Does the furniture stay after staging?
It depends on the package. If it is rental furniture for the shoot, the team removes it afterward, but if you want buyers to view the staged unit in person, you can arrange to keep it on a monthly rental.
Can a furnished unit still be staged?
Yes. The team keeps existing pieces that fit the plan, rearranges, clears clutter, and adds targeted decor, which saves on furniture rental while still improving the photos.
