Furnishing a condo to live in around Bangkok runs roughly 5,000 to 15,000 THB per square metre. A studio or one-bedroom on a budget starts near 100,000 THB, mid-tier 200,000 to 400,000 THB, and premium with full built-ins from 500,000 THB up.
Three budget tiers and what each gets you
The budget tier leans on ready-made, off-the-shelf pieces. The mid tier mixes some custom work with furniture brands. The premium tier is mostly built-in joinery and higher-grade materials throughout.

Does furnishing to live in cost differently from furnishing to rent?
