Plan a condo layout by fixing the main circulation path first, then defining activity zones (sleep, work, lounge, eat) without walls. Use multifunction and wall-mounted furniture to reclaim floor space. The rule is to line big pieces along walls and keep the center open for movement.
Start with circulation, not furniture
Many people buy furniture first and hunt for a spot, creating winding paths. Draw the route from door to balcony and bathroom first, then arrange furniture around it, keeping the main path 90 cm wide.
Zone without building walls
Use a rug, an open shelf, or the back of a sofa to separate lounge from bed or work areas while keeping light and sightlines flowing.
