Sequence the living area by real use
Walking in from the door, you should meet a drop zone and the kitchen first, then the dining table, then the living corner at the far end near the window for the view and light. Place the TV or focal point where it reads comfortably from the sofa, and allow a small work nook separate from the sofa, since many people in Bangkok work from home some days.
