A typical turnkey condo takes about 6 to 12 weeks from design sign-off, depending on size, built-in scope, and materials. We plan the timeline in phases and update you on progress throughout.
Can I get design only, without turnkey?
Yes. If you already have a contractor, we offer a design-only package with plans, 3D visuals, and a material spec to build from. Or we can handle everything through to styling and photography, whichever you prefer.
