Kronos Penthouse
A monumental penthouse crowned by a storey-tall glazed clock face, where deep leathers, panelled libraries and marble halls compose an English-inflected world in the sky.
The residence turns on a single extraordinary gesture: a monumental glazed clock face, a full storey tall, that fills the double-height salon with silvered daylight. Beneath it a curved wrought-iron staircase unwinds to a checkerboard marble floor, where a black grand piano and tufted leather seating gather in its shadow. The grandeur is theatrical yet never cold, warmed by red roses, aged silver and the soft grain of walnut.
From there the plan moves room by room through a sequence of moods. A walnut bar glows beneath a leather-lined vault; a panelled library opens through tall timber windows; studies are dressed in oxblood, forest green and deep navy, each anchored by a landscape in a gilt frame and a well-worn leather chair. Herringbone parquet, brass picture lights and pleated sconces carry the English-club language across every threshold.
The quieter rooms hold their own confidence. A powder room is lacquered in hand-trowelled blue plaster around a curved oak vanity; the kitchen keeps a calm grey-and-marble discipline; a mirrored dressing room multiplies houndstooth chairs and a silver urn of roses. Throughout, HONGHAUS STYLING and Kravity Studio treat scale as a material in itself — vast where it should be, intimate where it counts.
