Loft & Industrial Interior Design
Raw, cool, and full of character. Bare concrete, black steel, and reclaimed wood with a story to tell.
First consultation free, no obligation
Loft interior design celebrates raw materials such as bare concrete, brick, black steel, and reclaimed wood, combined with high ceilings and open-plan space for a cool, characterful feel. HONGHAUS designs livable loft-style condos, homes, and cafes in Bangkok, then styles and photographs each corner so the space tells a story.
A good loft is raw but not harsh. We balance concrete and steel with wood and textiles for warmth, use warm lighting and Edison bulbs for atmosphere, and arrange furniture so the open plan actually works.
It suits fans of an edgy, industrial look, cafe and shop owners after a distinctive mood, or high-ceilinged condos that want a one-of-a-kind character.

Questions, answered
Does loft style suit a small condo?
Yes. We expose concrete on select walls and use slim steel profiles so the room does not feel heavy, keeping a small condo cool but not cramped.
Can you do loft style for a cafe?
Absolutely. Loft is a favourite for cafes. We design both the atmosphere and photogenic corners that invite check-ins, and we photograph the finished space for your marketing.
