Tela Thonglor
A two-part styling brief for Tela Thonglor: a gallery-bold amenity lounge themed 'Canvas of Style', and a calm, art-led three-bedroom show unit above Thonglor.
On the seventh floor, the Lapis Lounge takes 'Canvas of Style' as its cue. Ink-splash canvases hang against pale timber panelling, coral velvet chairs line a live-edge dining table, and sculptural florals of orchid, berry and broad tropical leaf crown the room. A full-height black display wall, backlit shelf by shelf, holds brass vessels, books and small bronzes like a private gallery.
Styling carries through to the smaller gestures — a violet geode on a coral lacquer tray, a candle set on stacked art books, the warm patina of a tan leather chair. Beyond the glass, the pool terrace is planted with frangipani and a living wall, black loungers set on dark timber decking, and a bronze hare tucked among white blooms at the water's edge.
The three-bedroom show unit answers in a quieter register. An oatmeal sectional sits beneath a black-and-white ink diptych, sheer curtains soften the light, and mustard and charcoal cushions warm the greige palette. A black writing desk and leather wingback make a study of one room; in the main bedroom, a backlit headboard and layered linen glow against the Thonglor skyline at dusk.
