Chapter Chula Samyan

Chapter Chula Samyan sits in one of Bangkok's densest student-and-startup districts, and its shared spaces had to work as hard as apartments: co-working lounges, a games mezzanine, reading nooks, a glass sky lounge over the skyline.

With PIA Interior's architecture of bronze mesh, terrazzo and dark panelling as the frame, the styling brought in tactile warmth — rust velvet, caramel leather, burnt-orange daybeds, layered greenery — so each zone reads as a place to stay, not pass through. The project remains a reference for how the studio styles amenity floors that photograph like hotels.
