The programme opens in the shared realm, where the styling answers the architecture's black-steel glazing with a cool, monochrome palette. In the double-height lobby, pale marble, polished silver lanterns and a low bouclé sofa gather beneath a sculptural spray of bare branches. A glass-roofed conservatory carries the same restraint indoors — a veined-marble bar, leather stools and a weathered driftwood centrepiece sitting under an exposed steel gable.

Social and work spaces stay deliberately quiet: white bouclé armchairs and tripod lamps in the lounge, a Carrara-topped meeting table ringed by brass-trimmed chairs, and curved glass partitions that let light and city views travel between rooms. Greenery and a few sculptural objects do the talking, so the amenity floor reads as calm and considered rather than corporate.

Inside the show units the mood warms. Panelled walls, marble coffee tables and a deep fur throw soften the two-bedroom living room, while mustard velvet, copper pendants and a vintage sewing machine lend the smaller units a collector's, atelier-like character. Bedrooms are layered against botanical and sketch-effect wallpapers — grey, navy and chocolate bedlinen, twin lamps, a seascape canvas — and a compact study, anchored by a shagreen desk and a potted olive tree, completes the picture of a home already lived in.
