Photos that sell are bright, uncluttered, and have one clear focal point in each room.
Declutter and maximize light
The camera doubles clutter. Small items on a counter that look normal in person become distractions in a photo. Remove personal items, fridge magnets, and cables, then turn on every light even for a daytime shoot.
Compose the angle and focal point
Each room needs one hero, such as a crisply made bed or a sofa corner with styled cushions, shot from an angle that shows the room's depth.
