The Crest Park Residence
A garden-facing condominium where organic-modern architecture, sculptural pieces and layered greenery create calm, tactile public spaces and a quietly confident show unit.
The arrival sets the register. A sweeping corridor curves beneath organic, ribbed plaster walls the colour of raw linen, where a round mirror and a smooth alabaster-white sculpture punctuate the sculpted surfaces, and a low stone console carries pale orchids. Beyond, a curving staircase and a second sculptural figure draw the eye deeper into the public floor.
The public lounges open to greenery on every side. Under a curved ribbed canopy, taupe armchairs and deep sofas gather around marble-topped tables, framed by full-height glazing that looks onto planted courtyards, mature trees and the distant city towers. Monstera and olive topiaries in fluted stone planters soften the grey-panelled walls, while the styling stays deliberately tactile — fringed jute cushions, bouclé, art books and white orchids arranged in pale sculptural vases catch the afternoon light.
The show unit carries the same restrained palette indoors. In the kitchen, a rough-hewn dark stone island meets a veined marble worktop beneath two sculptural bronze ring pendants, with a marble pantry counter opening back toward the sunlit lounge. The dining room closes the sequence quietly, a long table set for twelve before a double-height window that frames a panoramic Bangkok skyline between columns of soft linen curtains.
